How to find your calendar embed code
The moment a lead opts in, we send them to your calendar so they can book a call while they’re hot. To wire that up, paste your calendar’s embed code into Health Pro Leads. Here’s exactly where to find it — pick the tool you use. It takes about a minute.

Open Calendar Settings
In the GoHighLevel left menu, click Calendars, then open Calendar Settings in the top-right of that page.

Open the Share menu on your calendar
Find the calendar you want leads to book on. Click the three-dot menu ( ⋮ ) at the end of that row, then choose Share.

Open the Embed Code tab and Copy
In the pop-up, click the Embed Code tab, then click Copy. That copies the full

Paste it into Health Pro Leads
Come back here and paste it into the “Calendar embed code” box — on your order page when you sign up, or anytime in your portal under Booking Calendar. That’s it — new leads get sent straight to your calendar to book.

Open the menu on your event type
On your Calendly home page, find the event you want leads to book (for example 30 Minute Meeting). Click the ••• (gear / more) menu on that card.

Choose “Add to website”
In the menu (or the Share pop-up), choose Add to website — that’s where the embed code lives.

Pick an embed type
Choose Inline embed (the simplest — it shows your calendar right on the page), then click Continue. Pop-up widget or pop-up text work too.

Copy code — then paste it into Health Pro Leads
Click Copy Code, then paste it into the “Calendar embed code” box here — on your order page at signup, or anytime in your portal under Booking Calendar.
