Setup walkthrough

Connect your GoHighLevel

To send your leads straight into GoHighLevel, Health Pro Leads needs two things from your account: a Private Integration token (so we can add contacts for you) and your Location ID (which sub-account to add them to). Here’s exactly where to find both — about two minutes.

Part 1

Create your Private Integration token

  1. 1

    Open Settings → Private Integrations

In GoHighLevel, click Settings in the left menu, then Private Integrations (under the “Other” group).

  2. 2

    Create a new integration

Click + Create new integration. Give it a name like Health Pro Leads and a short description, then continue.

  3. 3

    Turn on the Contacts permissions

In the scopes list, search contacts and enable View Contacts and Edit Contacts — and leave everything else off. Those two are all we need, and they’re the only access the token will ever have. Then click Create.

  4. 4

Copy the token (it’s shown once)

GoHighLevel shows your token — it starts with pit-. Click Copy and keep it handy. Copy it now — GoHighLevel only shows it this one time.

Part 2

Find your Location ID

  1. 1

    Copy it from Business Profile

Go to Settings → Business Profile. Your Location ID (sometimes called Sub-account ID) is listed there — click to copy it.

  2. 2

Or grab it from the address bar

It’s also right in your browser’s address bar — the string after /location/ is your Location ID.

  3. 3

Paste both into Health Pro Leads

In your portal under GoHighLevel, paste your Location ID and token, then click Test & connect. We check them with GoHighLevel and, once they pass, every new lead is sent straight into your CRM.

Don’t use GoHighLevel? No problem — you don’t need this. Leads always land on your Health Pro Leads dashboard, and you can route them to any CRM with a booking link or embed code on the Booking Calendar page instead.
