This policy explains how Pro Leads LLC, operating as HealthPro Plans (“HealthPro Plans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares the information you submit on this website and our lead-capture pages. HealthPro Plans is a marketing service that connects consumers with independent, state-licensed insurance agents — it is not an insurance company. See our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP/location, and the health-coverage details you enter (such as coverage status, who needs coverage, household size, and age range).
  • Consent record: a TrustedForm certificate that documents your consent along with the session activity, IP address, and timestamp at the moment you submit.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the service you requested — connecting you with a licensed insurance agent who can discuss the options that may be available to you — and to verify and process your submission, respond to you, document your consent, comply with the law, and improve and secure our services.

3. How we share — and sell — your information

When you submit your information, it may be sold, licensed, or shared with one or more independent, state-licensed insurance agents or agencies, who may then contact you about insurance products by phone call, text message, email, or other means as described in the consent you provided. We also share information with service providers who operate our business on our behalf (for example, website hosting, analytics, and consent verification). We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 years old.

4. Advertising and analytics partners

We use advertising and measurement tools provided by third parties — including Meta (Facebook), via the Meta Pixel and its Conversions API — to deliver and measure our ad campaigns. These tools may receive technical data about your visit and a hashed (obscured) version of your email address and phone number so that ad performance can be measured and improved. We also use analytics providers for the same purpose. You can manage ad tracking through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — you can opt out at any time by emailing contact@healthproleads.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Info.”
  • Stop being contacted / revoke consent — you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, or email us to be removed from calls and emails. We honor and propagate revocation across our systems within 10 business days, as required by applicable law.
  • Access, correct, or delete — depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable laws in states such as Virginia and Colorado), you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold, correct it, or delete it. We cannot require you to waive these rights.

6. Retention, security, and transfers

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, use reasonable safeguards to protect it, and may store or process it on servers located outside your state.

7. Children

You must be 18 or older to use this site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
