1. What HealthPro Plans is — and isn’t
HealthPro Plans is a free service that helps consumers who are shopping for health coverage get connected with independent, state-licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, or a government program, and we do not sell insurance, issue policies, or make coverage, eligibility, or pricing decisions. Our role is to connect you with a licensed agent who can talk through the options that may be available to you.
2. No guarantee of coverage, savings, or any outcome
Submitting your information or scheduling a call does not guarantee that you will qualify for, be offered, or purchase any insurance product, or that you will save money. Plan availability, eligibility, benefits, and pricing are set solely by insurance carriers and by the rules of your state — not by HealthPro Plans. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a quote, or a promise of coverage.
3. Your consent to be contacted
By submitting your information or scheduling a call, you agree that HealthPro Plans and the licensed agent we connect you with may contact you at the phone number, email address, and other details you provide — including by phone call, text message (SMS), and email — about health insurance and related products and services, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list, and including through automated technology. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to be removed from calls or emails by contacting us. Any specific disclosure shown where you submitted your information also applies.
4. The licensed agent
The agent we connect you with is an independent, state-licensed insurance producer and is not an employee or representative of HealthPro Plans. Any advice, recommendation, quote, or policy comes from that agent and the insurance carrier — not from us. We are not responsible for the products, advice, or conduct of any agent, and we do not endorse any specific agent, plan, or carrier. You can verify any agent’s license through your state department of insurance or the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR), and all decisions are your own.
5. Your information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the person — or are authorized to act for the person — whose information is submitted. How we collect, use, and share your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this site and submit your information.
7. Intellectual property
The HealthPro Plans name, logo, site content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and this service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthPro Plans and Pro Leads LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the site, your contact with an agent, or any insurance product you do or do not obtain. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold HealthPro Plans and Pro Leads LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Arbitration & class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class or representative action; claims may be brought only in your individual capacity.
12. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted proceeding will take place exclusively in Washington County, Utah.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
